Refund Policy

Ø  Please note Nari Vastram Banaras offers refunds only in the form of NVB credit. So if you wish to return an item - you may get it exchanged against a different product of your choice, or put forth a request for NVB credit (Nari Vastram Banaras Store Credit) on narivastramvns@gmail.com . The NVB credit once given to you, will be valid for 3 months from the date of credit transfer.

Ø  If you wish to avail a refund (only in the form of NVB credit)  please email to us with complete order/invoice details to narivastramvns@gmail.com or call us on +919005131771

Ø  We will assess the same and confirm back to you our acceptance or otherwise towards your request to refund (in the form of NVB credit).

Ø  Upon acceptance to your request , kindly ship the product back to the following address - Nari Vastram Banaras , SH.5/151-8 Lakshmanpur Shivpur Varanasi 221003 Uttar Pradesh, India.

Ø  Please ensure that the product is unused & returned in good condition in the original packaging.

Ø  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the same and validate your claim before confirming our decision to refund or otherwise.

Ø  In this manner, you will park the funds with us for a futuristic purchase or choose any alternative product of your choice of the same value or higher from our list of product within a period of 3 months.

Ø  If the value of the product chosen is more than the credit available, we will help you in paying the difference so as to complete the order.

Ø  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare eventuality you wish to return or exchange a product, please be guided by the following - 

Ø  Our Returns & Exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Ø  To be eligible for a Return /exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Except for the outer courier packaging)

Ø  Acceptance of Returns / Exchange is restricted to scenarios such as major aberration in colors from what is shown in the website to the actual, or in the event of any defect in the product (which must be informed to us not more than 72 hours later than the date of receipt of the product).

Ø  Non-returnable items: Saris with detached blouse or any other modification of any form done.

Ø  To initiate a return, please write to us at narivastramvns@gmail.com, with complete information - Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Return /Exchange the product .This should be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.

Ø  NARI VASTRAM BANARAS reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid , in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you

Ø  Returns shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Return / Exchange , kindly ship the product back to the following address Nari Vastram Banaras , SH.5/151-8 Lakshmanpur Shivpur Varanasi 221003 Uttar Pradesh, India.

Ø  You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we process a refund in the form of store-credit, the cost of shipping, and any import duties, levies, payment gateway charges and currency conversion fees as part of the refund process of the product will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note :

NARI VASTRAM BANARAS cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the sari after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains and other normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

Ø  We start processing your order as soon as you pay for the same and hence we do not encourage any cancellation of orders.
